He has earned multiple medals in Science Olympiad at the state and regional levels in events like Anatomy & Physiology, Disease Detectives, and Microbe Mission. He placed 2nd in the 2025 Washington State Brain Bee and received Honorable Mentions in both the United States Medicine and Disease Olympiad and the United States Biology Olympiad. Sarah Samanta is a driven student with a strong passion for biology and medicine. She scored a 5 on the AP Biology exam and is the current state champion in entomology through Science Olympiad. In her free time, Sarah practices taekwondo and paints. She’s excited to tutor AP Biology because she knows how challenging it can be at first and wants to help other students fall in love with the subject.

Meha Shrestha is a current junior in high school who is a firm believer that with the right education, every student can succeed. She has cemented this belief after she self-studied to earn a 5 on the AP Biology test, and she is excited to bring her skills and knowledge to Bright Minds Scholars. Outside of tutoring, Meha is an avid cross country and track athlete. She is also in Science Olympiad, and has placed numerous times in competitions, with her specialty being in entomology (the study of insects!).
